Administration Officer/ Executive

Responsibilities
  • To assist in purchase order handling, invoicing handling, expenses Claim checking and business control related matters
  • Handling incoming emails, phone calls and correspondence
  • Responsible for day-to-day operation and administrative task
  • Provide admin support to additional business modules and complete the task within the time frame
  • Preparation and compilation of correspondences, reports, and filing
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time based on business requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM, prefer Diploma or above

Project Admin

Responsibilities
  • Filing of project documents
  • Handling project tracker
  • Taking charge of OES related matters (PR/PO/MR etc. issuance)
  • Drafting letters, memos and etc. as and when needed and as per the requirement of the HOD
  • Maintaining staff personal records
  • Monitor staff attendance
  • Attend Management Meeting/Internal Group every fortnightly and to record meeting minutes

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of all financial and management reports on a timely basis.
  • Manage suppliers' and intercompany payment cycles.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure timely statutory reporting.

Accounts Executive (Reporting)

Responsibilities
  • Able to manage various companies accounting reports and review year end audit reconciliations
  • Assist with accounting reports for monthly, quarterly and year end financial reporting
  • Assist in preparing Group consolidated accounts, budgets, reconciliation and other management reports
  • Compiling and analyzing budget / forecast, and tracking against actual performance
  • Liaise with subsidiary office on matters relating to accounts

Requirements
